COPPUL response to Draft Policy Position for the ASPP | Council of Prairie and Pacific University Libraries (COPPUL)

"COPPUL's response to the Draft Policy Position for the Awards to Scholarly Publications Program (ASPP) from the Federation for the Humanities and Social Sciences (FHSS) is now available.  COPPUL commends FHSS for its strong statement in support of Open Access expressed the the Draft Policy Position, and makes several recommendations for consideration.  The recommendation to support the OA publishing of ASPP-funded monographs is particularly gratifying."
