Summary:

" ... The workshop will cover authors' rights, managing your rights as a copyright holder, publishing contracts and license agreements, open access and publishing options. Ways authors can retain their rights and still publish in the most important journals will also be covered.  Participants will leave with a small toolkit of resources to help them navigate the somewhat unfamiliar world of publishing and open access requirements that they must now address. The workshop will be offered from 3-4:30 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 2, in Room 116A on the first floor of Morris Library. Catherine Wojewodzki, librarian and scholarly communication officer, will be the presenter. This workshop is available at no charge and is open to University of Delaware graduate students. Seating is limited and registration is required. Online registration is available."
