abernard102@gmail.com 2014-09-18

Summary:

"Who has the right to access government-funded research? If the answer is 'everyone,' is that kind of access possible? Who decides what research will be funded, and how? These questions and others pertaining to open access and academic publishing will inform this panel discussion, moderated by Professor Russell Ganim and featuring internationally renowned scholars and practitioners from the University of Iowa in the areas of copyright law, the biological sciences, and government administration. We hope you’ll come to this free event and join the conversation about what the future looks like for readers, authors, and publishers."
