By participating you are making a significant contribution to an important issue facing students across Europe – access to scientific literature.  This study consists of a short questionnaire which asks you to use the library services of your university to access a list of 11 specific articles from peer-reviewed journals. It will take just 10 minutes ... Students at various universities in Europe have different levels of access - some universities provide more access, some less, and no university provides access to all. To our knowledge, no research has been done to ascertain what the actual differences might be and what contributes to these differences. Research of this nature is vital because only with such data can we make policy-makers sit up and take notice of the problems students face when trying to access the literature they need ..."
