"In the humanities and social sciences, the use of computational tools and methods is transforming scholarly practice. Text- and data mining are increasingly used for the analysis of digital text. By organizing the symposium 'Digital Scholarship and the Role of the Library' on September 22, University Libraries Leiden demonstrated how the library can support digital scholarship. Moreover, this symposium aimed to connect scholars, both practicing and interested in e-research.
