[From Google's English] "OpenAIRE promotes open science: the open access accessible scientific publications and research data (partly) funded with European funding. DANS is a partner in this project. OpenAIRE2020 stands for Open Access Infrastructure for Research in Europe and is funded by the European Horizon 2020 program. The project is the successor of OpenAIRE and OpenAIREPlus. The current initiative is dedicated to providing open access availability of research data. The partners come from all EU countries. The University of Athens is the project leader of the whole project. OpenAIRE was launched on 1 January and lasts 3.5 years. Activities of DANCE DANCE is the regional coordinator for thematic research data management (RDM) and will develop a toolkit, including templates for data management plans, FAQs, a list of trusted digital repositories and an overview of RDM training. Together with TU / Delft forms DANCE National Open Access Desk (NOAD) for the Netherlands. Here, research institutions ask questions about the project, open access publications and research data repositories, copyright, etc. Additionally DANCE involved in work to develop literature data integration services. DANS also works with other partners to find open access publications of research funding through text mining in the OpenAIRE network with the aim of research impact services to offer. DANCE simultaneously to improve the scientific infrastructure, in consultation with the universities, the identifiers provided by the research sponsors to have (eg the EU) in the information systems research universities record. OpenAIRE network OpenAIRE is a network of more than 520 repositories and open access journals, and thereby provides access to 9 million open access publications and 1000 datasets, 50,000 organizations and 30,000 projects of two research funders.
