First Open Access dataset deposited with DANS | www.openaccess.nl

"In line with the new DANS policy, the first fully open access dataset has been made available in EASY by Dr Victor de Boer (VU) and Dr Jurjen Leinenga (Huygens Institute for Dutch History). This policy now makes it easier for researchers to share their research data. The dataset contains information from the Diepere Maritieme Data (DMD) project, an enrichment of the Dutch Ships and Sailors project. The linked data from the DMD project enables researchers to test their analyses directly against the original sources."
