[From Google's English] Summary: The open access is to make freely available scientific publications and facilitate their exploitation, including for research purposes. In many countries, measures have been adopted to ensure the development of the open access to scientific articles, especially when resulting from research financed by public funds. It is claimed and promote knowledge sharing. Such an evolution implies a disruption of relations between authors of these works and their publishers. Copyright therefore plays a central role in this regard, the arrangements for its critical operations the opportunity to disseminate scientific work in open access. This work aims to analyze the different forms of open access but also to explore the measures implemented in several countries to promote it. This will lead to show that copyright can be the means of ensuring the development of this open access by giving authors control of their works, preserving their rights and their freedom
