The set is no longer true today. There are now a number of ideas, initiatives, actors, projects and institutions to OER in all sectors of education. The OER Festival 2016 # OERde16 makes the breadth and diversity of open educational resources visible. We want the same time celebrate the recent activities and initiate the next phase of OER development. The 'de' in # OERde16 not stands for 'Germany' but for 'in German'.
