"This report provides a summary of the demonstrations, discussions and findings of the Open Access and the Research Excellence Framework held as part of the End-to-End Project. The workshop focused on the technical developments available to support the implementation of HEFCE’s new Open Access policy. There were also opportunities for discussion, practical demonstrations and presentations from stakeholders with different perspectives of Open Access, including funders, policy makers and publishers."
