Summary:

"Chris Bourg will talk about the evolving roles of research libraries in a digital age.  She is chairing an MIT task force on the Future of Libraries, charged with seeking broad input from the MIT community and from domain experts, on how the MIT Libraries ought to evolve to best advance the creation, dissemination, and preservation of knowledge; and to serve as a leader in the reinvention of research libraries.  She will share her vision for libraries and is eager to hear from alumni on this topic.  The event will be open to MIT alumni, Ivy Plus, and interested parties affiliated with library programs.  Registration is required.  For more information, contact Kristina at Kristina@mistry.com."
