"As of March 4th, corresponding authors of Dutch universities can publish Open Access in 1336 Wiley hybrid subscription journals, without additional costs. The agreement between the Association of Universities in the Netherlands (VSNU) and publisher Wiley provides that corresponding authors of Dutch universities won’t be charged for article processing costs (APCs) when publishing their accepted article in one of the 1336 hybrid Open Access journals (the Wiley OnlineOpen collection). This agreement is started as of March 4th, 2016. This means that authors only as of this date can publish their article Open Access without additional costs ..."
