Open Access is important because fast, free and unrestricted sharing of knowledge strengthens the effect of the research and guarantees for the use of the latest research. This happens when academic staff can produce knowledge based on all articles ... In addition, much research, including in the health sector, financed by the public. It seems only fair that taxpayers have the opportunity to read the articles that they themselves have helped to fund. In a changing world, it is also appropriate that teachers have access to the latest knowledge for the benefit of the students. The benefits of Open Access are manifold, and therefore DF for an Open Access policy. It is so because first and foremost we are supporters of democratic innovation rather than the patent-driven innovation. Therefore it is politically decided that published scientific articles financed by the public sector must parallelpubliceres if the journal allows ... Thus, there may be a tendency for articles of lesser quality ends up in the open access system. This can help to enhance the effect that it is associated with prestige publishing in payment articles. Politically, it may be appropriate to lift the Open Access system of having both a quantity standard and by introducing a quality standard for all articles.  But it does not remove the most fundamental problem of Open Access, namely the fact that when a grant donor, including innovation fund, must choose between a candidate who has published in 'Acta Sociologica' or 'Science of Nature', or Open Access article, so choose the funding provider always the applicant who has written in the prestigious publishing house. That is, the individual researcher's career and advancement is completely dependent on that he publishes articles in the prestigious publishing house ..."
