[From Google's English] "EU Commission's position for the freely available research information and suggestions on national guidelines that it has resulted in, pointing out the Open Access as a new norm of scientific publication. Moreover, requiring a number of heavy research funding to research projects from the funding be published freely available. For research libraries, this means among other things that need to raise universities' awareness on Open Access as a method for scientific publishing is increasing. On the drive for Publication Infrastructure, KTH Library, we got the idea to conduct an information campaign on Open Access directed at KTH researchers. The starting point was, among other things KTH's own guidelines for scientific publication that recommends researchers to publish their work freely available. A proposal was submitted to KTH's management team and in January 2015 we were given the task of implementing an information campaign at KTH departments and institutions. The aim was to inform about Open Access and how what publishing method works in practice, to thereby increase KTH's share of Open Access publications, in particular the proportion of parallel published publications.
