[2] Incessant change of the processes and patterns of production of scientific knowledge, it is clear that some aspects could lead us to reconsider the current definition of Open Science ? [3] How can Open Science and Open data bridge the gap between science and society? [4] What they are and how they might be overcome social obstacles, legal and ethical that hinder the achievement of a sustainable data sharing, and what role it might have in this sense the new technologies of communication?  The meeting Scientific data sharing: an interdisciplinary workshopTo be held at Anagni September 2 to 4, 2013, wants to give the opportunity to some of the leading international experts in Open Science and Open data to find answers to these questions. This initiative is meant to represent another opportunity for the meeting between scientists and citizens, so that they may, in addition to discovering aspects of scientific practice poorly treated in the traditional channels of communication, offer their opinion  Interdisciplinarity is a characteristic feature of this workshop. The choice of sessions and speakers was accomplished with the belief that the nature of the issues require the comparison between the views of scholars who, while engaged in different fields, we are united by the desire to promote a science that is open and transparent.

The conference will be structured into four sessions: [1]  Open date for Open Science will cover the epistemological foundations of the Open Science, with a particular focus on the principles of Open date and the impact of new technologies on the dissemination of scientific knowledge; [2]  Data sharing in the scientific practice: experiences from different research fields , in the course of which will be presented empirical analysis of the practices of sharing scientific data in different research fields (archeology, biodiversity, biomedicine, genetics and genomics, psychology); [3]   Challenges for data sharing in human Biosciences will be devoted to discussion of barriers to social, ethical and legal sharing of data produced in studies involving human subjects and what can be done to overcome them;  [4] Intelligent openness date will be devoted to the transition from data sharing to date openness and will conclude with a roundtable Six questions to understand Open date during which the speakers will be invited to offer their point of view ..."
