[From Google's English] "Open Access in Flanders ... One year after the signing of the Brussels Declaration on Open Access we bring to our EWI focus all stakeholders with a view to further build a future policy for Open Access in Flanders ... Program ... With this in mind, invited Daniel Spichtinger of DG Research and Innovation of the European Commission to explain how the principles of Open Access form will take in Horizon 2020, the new European framework us. We also listen to Marc Dupuis SURF Netherlands, who will tell us.'s Policy in the Netherlands Inge Niewerburgh of Open Access Belgium look at things from the perspective of the stakeholders, and Johanna Kuhn from BioMed teaches us more about Open Access Publishing. In the afternoon, two break out sessions provide an on Green Open Access (repositories) and Gold Open Access (Open Access Publishing). Finally, says Jan Adriaenssens, Deputy Chief of Staff Minister Lieten on future policy perspectives.  The presentations are sometimes in Dutch sometimes in English.  The full program can be found at this site.  Register ... Participation is free but registration is required. Register by on this page, under the tab 'subscribe'. Tenders will be closed on October 10, 2013.  Participation is free but registration is Necessary. For registration click on 'Register' on top of this page. Deadline for registration is 10 October 2013."
