[From Google's English] "Despite the large difference between having knowledge of open or restricted basis, when indexing a directory somewhere magazine papers, this difference has no more relevance, at least in the case of ISI and Scopus , the two platforms more popular in academia. The selection criteria of these and generally all directories are similar: their academic contribution, the scientific, peer review and approval by an addition to its quality as proposed, the most important factor of all editorial board. Ie no bias towards Open Access journals, so its indexing system is equal to that of a limited-access journal. Still, there are specialized directories Open Access content , which obviously have the exclusive prerequisite to academic texts in their entirety are released for your free consultation. Some of these platforms are the Directory of Open Access Repositories , Dialnet , Latindex and the  Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ)  ..."
