[GOAL] Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations

[From the Global Open Access List (GOAL)] “We are very pleased to announce that the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations - BDTD reached a total of 200,000 records in open access, originating from 97 teaching and research institutions in Brazil. This is one of the brazilian initiatives, coordinated by the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology - IBICT in favor of open access to scientific information.
