Use the link to register and get more information about the Blogging Unconference.  “Networked Researcher invites all our registered contributors (if you aren’t one yet use the contact form below) to get involved by participating in our Open Access Week 2012 Networked Researcher Blogging Unconference. [1] Participation is limited to Networked Researcher registered contributors. [2] Once registered, contributors will be able to keep blogging on Networked Researcher after the unconference as well. [3] Networked Research contributors who are already registered do not need to register again. If you already have an account with us, you are ready to go! [4] There is no need to submit an abstract. [5] Participation will be through blog posts (of any length; they can be quite brief) on our blog to be published during Open Access Week, 22-28 October 2012. [6] Drafts can be left at any time before the event but all unconference participations must be published during 22-28 October 2012. [7] All blog posts will be categorised with ‘Open Access Week 2012’ and will be archived on Networked Researcher under said category. [8] Posts can address any aspects related to open access (OA); all points of view are welcome. [9] All participants and contributions must observe our Community Policy and if need be refer to http://codex.wordpress.org/Writing_Posts for guidance and best practices. [10] Registered participants can also refer to our Networked Researcher Guidance Notes for ContributorsSome examples of topics that can be addressed are: [1] Open access and academic publishing; business models, peer review. [2] Open access and public libraries. [3] Open access and institutional repositories. [4] Open access and research impact. [5] Open access and Open Educational Resources. [6] Open access and publicly funded research. [7] Open access publishing and social media; interactions, tools, studies, metrics. [8] Open access and government, democracy, citizen participation.
