Summary:

"Open Access ensures access to scholarship that is digital, free of charge to the user, free of most copyright restrictions, and is disseminated over the Internet. What does this mean for your research? What about your data? What do you need to know to comply with the policy? This session will help you formulate different approaches to future research. Sara Rutter, librarian and data management specialist, and Beth Tillinghast, librarian and manager for UHM’s institutional repositories, will help to clarify the Open Access Policy and outline the steps and support for assisting UHM researchers comply with the policy."
