Summary:

Use the link to access the video from the COP 18 UN climate Change Conference 2012.  The presentation is introduced as follows: "Arend Kuster, Managing Director of QScience.com talks about the need for climate science to be open access so all members of the public can use it. He says it was interesting to see the suggested paragraph for the youth involvement being put forward, and how it stressed the need to have access to information about climate change and its effects. He says with so many NGOs and government organisations only having access to peer-reviewed journals if they are affiliated to a university with a subscription, the open access of such information would allow them to make better decisions. He calls on the UNFCCC to set the model for making data available so that people can follow suit."
