A society designed designed around knowledge, where free culture (hackers) and public policy (government) make the team. Unusual?? This is FLOK (Free / Libre Open Knowledge), draft free knowledge society, open and common in Ecuador . We speak of a knowledge society, but where knowledge is shared as a common good in avoiding concentration interests. Recall that the free culture is about 'sharing' knowledge , which is sometimes the text, other image, of course audio, video, hardware, source code and any form of knowledge.
