Summary:

"The purpose of this form is to collect information about challenges or questions faced by authors, librarians and their institutions in complying with the roll out of new public access policies by federal grant making agencies in compliance with the OSTP directive to make federally funded research freely available to the public immediately upon publication.

We are particularly interested in learning about:
  • Challenges with publishers whose policies may disallow their uploading of articles to agency-designated repositories;
  • Common questions or points of confusion expressed by grantees;
  • Confusion or questions about agency guidance;
  • Other technical, legal, or practical barriers to depositing articles; ..."
