Summary:

From Google's English:  "We are delighted to announce the upcoming lecture as part of the PlantMicrobe seminar, which Heidi Seibold from the Digital Research Academy will give on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. The lecture will take place both in person at LMU Martinsried (Room B01.027) and via Zoom. While we continue to celebrate and promote excellent research, we all know that research and science are plagued by systemic problems that lead to results falling short of what we would consider "excellent." The reproducibility crisis in many fields, as well as cases of scientific fraud, are just the tip of the iceberg. One goal of Open Science is to address these quality issues by promoting transparency, collaboration, and rigorous methods that strengthen reproducibility and accountability."
