"It occurs to me that much of what CiteSeer does is dependent on having material available openly. Open access is clearly a hot issue here at the conference. One of the numbers that’s been mentioned is that only 15% of the scholarly output is open access. Does that number seem right to you? What’s your assessment of the status and prospects for open access?"
