MDMPR: Mouse Developmental Metabolic Phenotype Library

Abstract: Mouse Developmental and Metabolic Phenotype Repository (MDMPR) is an open platform dedicated to real-time sharing of mouse resources and phenotype data. It relies on the key research and development program of the Ministry of Science and Technology "Developmental Programming and Metabolic Regulation" The "special project" establishes a library of mouse developmental metabolism phenotypes. The project is expected to complete the establishment of 500 knockout models of developmental metabolism-related mice within 5 years, and conduct standardized analysis of their phenotype data and establish a phenotype database. As a resource and data integration library, MDMPR is supported by multiple subsystems, including ES cell database, project management system, breeding management system, sperm bank management system, phenotype analysis system, and information management goes deep into every link in the project. From gene mutation ES cell preparation, gene mutation mouse preparation, mouse breeding, sperm cryopreservation to the final phenotypic analysis, data processing and display, the authenticity and real-time nature of the data generated by MDMPR are guaranteed. In addition to continuously advancing the project and increasing its own data, MDMPR is also actively integrating other resources and data, such as human-specific gene knockout ES cell banks, protein interaction databases (STRING), and core transcriptional regulatory loops.
