Survey Form for Academic Librarians

"This survey is for the Graduate research course in the Library and Information Science program at CUNY Queens College in Queens, New York. The intent of this study is to examine the role of copyright and academic publishing on access to scholarly materials, as well as the use of Open Access databases or other means of accessing digital scholarly resources. There are two surveys available for this project. One is for academic librarians, and one is for undergraduate students. This survey is intended for academic librarians. Responses are anonymous, as no email addresses will be collected. This survey will be available until Friday, April 22nd. Thank you! "
