[From Google's English] "The NRA and its partner agencies in Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom opened the fourth edition of the call ORA social science projects . To strengthen European cooperation in the social sciences, to allow French, German, British, Dutch and American researchers to work together to design the best research possible, ANR, DFG, ESRC and NWO are launching the fourth edition the call for joint research projects ORA. This program is designed to allow the financing of integrated research projects between partners from at least two of the four participating countries (except the Franco-German bilateral projects in the humanities and social sciences, which continue to be funded under the bilateral program ANR-DFG and are therefore not eligible for this call). Participating agencies will conduct a coordinated expertise and conduct a common selection. The partners will be funded by their national agency, in accordance with its usual funding rules (with some detail in the text of the call exceptions).
