"The Nordic Council of Ministers today launched a new e-collection with free access to all of its publications....Launched today, the e-collection provides access to some 3,000 Nordic publications....The new e-collection, which was developed by Uppsala University Library and is based on Open Source software, complements the Open Access mandate adopted by the NCM Secretary General, Dagfinn Høybråten. The mandate includes a requirement that all publications published and funded by the Nordic Council of Ministers’ Secretariat and institutions will in future be Open Access, i.e. as a minimum available as free downloads...."
