OMB Watch Comments on Draft NOAA Scientific Integrity Policy

Recommends that NOAA "Encourage or require NOAA employees, contractors, and grantees to make their peer-reviewed manuscripts publicly available in a manner similar to the National Institutes of Health's Public Access Policy" and assign scientists the "responsibility to appropriately share data with other researchers, including public access to the greatest extent possible"
