POLICY: Mexico's Pemex poised to kick off reforms with oil field 'wish list'

Mexico's state-owned oil giant Petróleos Mexicanos, or Pemex, is expected to release its "Round Zero" wish list of the oil fields it wants to keep as the company and the country prepare to start selling assets for the first time in decades.
