And this isn't any random pooper. It's premeditated, because he CLEARLY has a roll of toilet paper with him everywhere he decides to squat.

He's visited the same office building multiple times in the past month, and not to do that kind of business. Once the owner saw it happening one too many times, he set up a camera, and got a crappy surprise.
In an unexpected turn of events, the man turned around and noticed the camera mid-BM. Too bad his face was revealed, and posters of the "Portland Pooper" were made from it.
