Open Access Officer - Sue Hill

"Based within the library service the Open Access Officer is responsible for the day-to-day running of open access services, the management of enquiries and the administration of data relating to Green and Gold open access. The Open Access Officer will play an active role in processing deposits to the repository, administering article processing charges and answering enquiries. In addition, the Open Access Officer will coordinate and monitor the work of the Open Access Assistants, delivering training and support, planning work and ensuring that users receive a consistent service."
