"رام الله- معا- أفادت جامعة القدس المفتوحة وضمن جهودها في تعزيز وإثراء المصادر التربوية المفتوحة العربية على الإنترنت، أنها تعمل الجامعة حالياً على تطوير مساق ذكيّ حول المصادر التربوية المفتوحة (OER-open Educational resources) بعنوان "التطبيق الذكي للمصادر التربوية المفتوحة (مفهومها، واستخداماتها، والممارسات الجيدة)"، تنفيذاً لاتفاقية وقعت بين الجامعة ومنظمة اليونسكو (مكتب القاهرة الإقليمي)، بالتعاون مع وزارة التربية والتعليم الأردنية."
