Summary:

April 25, 2017

"Our popular Shaking It Up event is back and this time we are coming to Toronto!

Join us for Making the Open Science Mandate Work for You on Tuesday, April 25th at the University of Toronto.

This free afternoon event will focus on Canada’s Open Science Mandate. Specifically, on how to ensure your institution is meeting the requirements of the mandate and how to measure the success of the changes you have made.

The day will include a series of talks and panel debates. It will also be an opportunity to meet the founders and innovators behind Digital Science’s products. What you’ll get out of it:

  • Learn more about the Open Science Mandate
  • Hear from experts in research, funding and from your colleagues on how they are tackling the mandate
  • Understand how others are benefiting from open science
  • Meet the teams from AltmetricDimensionsFigshare, and Symplectic

Early Bird Registration

Speakers and agenda will be announced soon! Lunch will be provided from 12-1pm. Drinks and nibbles (and possibly a cocktail) will be provided during the networking session.

Please book early as spaces are limited."
