Open Data Barometer (ODB) - an international annual rating, which determines the state of open data 115 countries. Indicators reduced to three indices: readiness, implementation and impact assessment system of open data. Each performance is evaluated on a 100-point scale.
In terms of training open data Ukraine has 55 points, the index of implementation was 35 points, and the index exposure - 19."
