OER State Policy Tracker - SPARC

"In the past three years, legislation relating to open education has been introduced in more than 20 states. Since 2014, SPARC has worked with our partner Foresight Law + Policy to track state-level bills and policies that relate to OER, textbook costs, and digital course materials.

A list of current bills relevant to the SPARC community is provided below, and full datasets are published in GitHub. As an added benefit for members, SPARC provides consulting on relevant state legislation, including policy analysis, advocacy strategy, and support with crafting testimony.
