"Several weeks after cOAlition S presented its Plan S for tougher Open Access requirements in research funding, it has now published its first Implementation Guidelines and invited them for discussion. The guidelines point in a very good direction from much clearer and easier-to-check specifications. Their implementation is a significant step towards open access and away from the subscription system."
