Science ouverte et accès ouvert, petit manuel pour chercheurs et chercheuses (épisode 2) (Open science and open access, a small manual for researchers (episode 2))

Summary:

From Google's English:

"When a researcher engages in open science, it should be remembered that this requires:

  • free access to its publications, reviewed (or not) by its peers: this is open access  ;
  • free access to raw research data produced by public funding. The data must not have any technical, legal or economic restrictions: this is about open data ;
  • free access to calculation codes and algorithms: we are talking about open source here .

To achieve this, several possibilities are available to them in each of these first two areas. The third deserves an article on its own and will not be considered here."
