"Today we’d like to discuss some of the initiatives, at both Cell Press and Cell Reports, that are meant to reach and engage the greater scientific community. To start, Cell Press offers its readers a couple of freely available resources in the form of webinars and LabLinks symposia, both of which are organized collaboratively by Cell Press editors and leading scientists in the community. The webinars (which can be accessed both live and on-demand) cover a variety of timely and interesting topics and include brief talks, insights, and discussion from field leaders. There is a great one happening today on ebola and emerging viruses, and you can find all upcoming webinars here. These really are excellent resources, and we encourage you take advantage of them.
