After checking a great big deal for the purchase of subscriptions to magazines Springer, negotiation with Elsevier has instead stranded. But, if Elsevier not soften its position, the Consortium of Dutch universities already have in mind an unprecedented boycott: 1) to propose to all the teachers who are Dutch editor in chief of a magazine Elsevier to resign; 2) suggest researchers of Dutch universities to withdraw the collaboration as a reviewer of Elsevier journals; 3) ask the researchers of Dutch universities to stop publishing in Elsevier journals ..."
