[From Google's English] "To meet the demand by scientists to obtain Refdoc freely available on the web documents communities catalog Refdoc changing in favor of free access  !  This change is part of a national will. Indeed, on January 24, during the fifth day Open Access, Minister Geneviève Fioraso reaffirmed the support of the French government to the principle of open access to scientific information.  Today each item present in Refdoc AND available for free access from one of the following three tanks HAL, Perseus or Revues.org-is indicated by a pictogram.   Simply click on the URL to access the text displayed full.  If the item is a postpublication, it is therefore no longer available for purchase. If it is a pre-publication, we opted to leave it to each user is free access to the pre-published version of reported either order the item in the published version.To date, 90,000 bibliographic references are posted for free access. This action will continue with the implementation of other tanks .."
