Summary:

From Google's English:  "On May 2, 2009, Peter Suber announced the start of the Open Access Tracking Project (OATP) . Since then, developments and contributions in the open access environment have been collectively collected and tagged based on the social bookmarking service Connotea . The basis of the network, which shows the common occurrence of tags from the last 1,000 entries (period May 11th - July 27th, 2011), is the search for the only obligatory tag oa.new . In addition, the ru.* tags have been removed in favor of a clearer visualization, as they apparently only have a function for writing the open access newsletter.

The data was prepared and visualized using the R software, which is particularly valued  at the IBI   . Attached is the R code for visualizing the adjacency matrix...."
