"This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Research & Open Scholarship team in the Library, supporting researchers across the University in making their work openly available and accessible to all.

As the Open Access Librarian, you will provide operational management of the Library’s OA publishing services, managing a small team who administer our UKRI & Wellcome Trust block grants, facilitate use of multiple publishing agreements, and deliver training & guidance on all aspects of OA, from the wider benefits of Open Research to funder policy and requirements for REF2029.

You will manage the Institutional Repository (Figshare) and CRIS (Elements) systems and provide guidance & support on deposit and publication management.

Working within the Research & Open Scholarship team, you will help manage a dynamic and enthusiastic service that supports researchers across Schools & disciplines, contributing to the institution’s commitment to Open Research and a better, more inclusive approach to Research Culture. ..."
