An update on our process and progress, and a look at our amazing advisors | DPLA

"Earlier this spring we shared our plans to find a durable home for our cultural heritage aggregation program supported by a collaborative new fund that we are in the process of raising. I’m excited to share that we received several strong responses to our request for expressions of interest. Last week we invited five of those applicants to respond to a detailed request for proposals by June 11th. (The RFP asks for 17 questions of the applicants, we have posted them here along with additional background on the project.)

To help us evaluate these applications we’ve invited a committee of 13, and their names are below. We are so thankful for their willingness to be part of this important process with us. We expect that the DPLA board will make the final decision on what new home is selected in July, followed by an announcement sometime after that...."
