"This event is organised by SPARC Europe under the Retain project: part of the Knowledge Rights 21 programme. The session “Ten approaches to rights retention in Europe” aims to empower institutions which are considering facilitating legal Open Access (OA) publishing by supporting their authors' rights retention.

The webinar will present findings and recommendations from the second Retain SPARC Europe report to be published in Q1 2025. We will shed light on diverse approaches and discuss their implications.
