Summary:

"Sometime over the weekend the Open Access Tracking Project (+OATP) passed the milestone of 25,000 posts in its primary news feed....OATP overall is doing even better, with nearly 35,000 posts....The difference between the two is that the primary news feed is limited to items that were new at the time they were tagged, as a real-time alert service for those following the progress of OA. OATP overall includes all those news posts plus other OA-related resources tagged retroactively, as a way to organize OA developments through project tags and make them available through the OATP search engine. The OATP primary news feed is available in seven formats: HTML, RSS, Atom, JSONP, Email, Twitter, and Google+...."
