"The postholder will work with colleagues across the University to ensure a co-ordinated end-to-end approach to the operation and improvement of the institutional repository (UBIRA) and its components. He/she will deliver high-quality support services that meet the needs of researchers and that also enable the University to manage its research outputs and data collections, aiming to make them openly accessible where possible, but also to protect material that needs to remain confidential. He/she will guide improvements in the functionality of the institutional repository for ¡§green¡¨ Open Access (OA) in line with current standards. He/she will work with colleagues in the Digital Assets Team to develop and implement policies and workflows relating to the repository, and will also play a key role in projects that may affect the development of OA and supporting services...."
