Summary:
"This is a survey to collect information about libraries (academic, public, or other) and how they incorporate OA materials into their catalogues and search interfaces. In particular, whether they use the Database of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) or any other OA indexing services, to provide resources to their users through the discovery layer, Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC), or one-stop search. Many library catalogues may not have any OA integration, and that's okay. Some will have OA links in a sidebar or search results in a separate tab, rather than integrated in with results from the local catalogue or other online resources, and that's okay too. This survey is totally anonymous; it's only meant to collect example websites for further investigation. There is a space to provide personal opinions and comments, but those questions are optional ..."
