From Google's English:  "As part of the OLH-DE project, the Open Library of Humanities is looking for applications from German-language (or more multilingual with German as one of the publication languages) journals that would like to switch to an open access model. The BMBF-funded project "Promotion of the changeover of German-language humanities journals in cooperation with the Open Library of Humanities (OLH-DE)" is a collaborative project between the University of Konstanz and the Open Library of Humanities."
